At Bialik Hebrew Day School, we are proud to be on a path of growth, addressing the increasing demand for high-quality Jewish education in our community.

Our Viewmount Branch has already expanded to include six Junior Kindergarten (JK) classes — a testament to the trust our families place in us and the strength of the Toronto Jewish community.

To support this growth and ensure our youngest learners have an inspiring and nurturing space, beginning in the 2026–27 school year, we are establishing a new, dedicated JK facility located at Holy Blossom Temple,1950 Bathurst Street. The new site will be known as Viewmount South. This move will not impact our Himel Branch JK families.

While this marks a shift from housing all Viewmount students in one building, we are excited about the opportunities this expansion creates. It allows us to welcome more students into the Bialik family while continuing to provide the stellar, child-centered education that is the hallmark of our school.

Our new JK facility is being planned with care — it will be a beautiful, child-friendly, play-oriented space, led by our warm and loving staff who are dedicated to nurturing and teaching each student in a joyful and meaningful Jewish environment.

As we prepare to open Viewmount South, we are actively working on all the logistics to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for our students and families.
