Bialik is pleased to offer Beit Bialik, our high quality before- and after-school care program.
Qualified staff plan engaging programming, organize safe play, and provide supervision for students. Students have choices ranging from sports, arts, science, cooking, and much more.

- All registration is done monthly and must be completed for a full month in advance.
- Registration is only guaranteed if completed by the deadline. Should you require a late registration you can login to your account and see if there is still space up until Saturday at midnight for the following week.
- Ad hoc sign-up is not provided.
- Registration closes on the 24th of each month. Please diarize these dates.

Beit Bialik will be located in Himel West for all students. At 8:45 a.m., Grade 4 - 5 students will cross over to Himel East at the crosswalk with the crossing guard. |
Food and snacks
Food will not be provided by Beit Bialik. Families will need to provide their child/ren with breakfast and snacks that they can eat before and after school. Please label your child/ren’s snack “Beit Bialik” to ensure that they do not eat it during the day.
Supervision
Your child/ren will be supervised by qualified teachers and early childhood educators. In addition to an appropriate adult-to-child supervision ratio, Grade 8 students will be on hand to support your child/ren. Your child/ren’s safety and overall happiness are our top priorities.
Programming
Children will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of engaging activities including arts and crafts, structured free play, and physical activities.
Homework Support
After school is often a great time for children to complete their weekly homework. During the mornings and afternoons, Beit Bialik staff will be on hand to assist with homework completion.
Drop-off at the Main Entrance
- Upon arrival at school please inform the security guard which student/s are being dropped off. The security guard will sign the student/s in and a staff member will direct them to the appropriate room.
- JK - Grade 2 students will be escorted to the designated room.
- Grade 3 - 8 students will walk themselves to the designated room.
Pick-up at the Main Entrance
- The security guard will have a list of people approved for pick-up to ensure the student is being picked up by an authorized adult.
- Upon arrival at school please inform the security guard which student/s are being picked up. The security guard will sign them out and inform the Beit Bialik staff to have that student proceed to the Main Entrance.
- JK - Grade 2 students will be escorted to the Main Entrance.
- Students in Grade 3 and up will walk themselves to the Main Entrance.
