Awards and Achievements

Here at Bialik, we are proud of the achievement of our students, and of our school.

Bialik students stand out in the community as leaders among their peers, and we are proud of their accomplishments in various community competitions. From awards at the Bible contest to the grand prize in the JNF video contest, to league championships in basketball, Bialik students excel in extra-curricular activities as well as in their academic studies.

We are also proud of the awards our school has received. At the October 2010 Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education Conference, Bialik was honoured for our use of data for “Framing the Problem”, as well as for a “Culture of Using Data”. These recognitions came as a result of the hard work of our administration and our teachers on developing and instituting a practice of differentiated instruction.

In addition, Bialik is a Gold Certified Eco School, meaning that green living is not only evident throughout the school, but is also an active part of the curriculum. The goal is to provide children with an eco education that will have them integrating green living into every aspect of their lives.
