Bialik has a simple and straightforward three-step admission process.

VISIT US Bialik is a very special place and we take great pride in our program and facilities. We know that prospective parents who visit our school come away with a true understanding of what it means to be part of the "Bialik Family". As such, we encourage prospective parents to make the connection with our school by attending one of our information sessions, held in the fall and spring, and/or arranging a personal tour.

One of the best ways to maintain contact with Bialik is via our Prospective Parent Email list . By signing up to this list, you will receive occasional important updates, such as the dates of our information sessions and other programs of interest.

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

  1. Obtain an application form
    • Either download an application from our website
    • Or call the school registrar at 416-783-3346 to request an application form.
  2. Mail the application to the school or drop it off in person. Each application must be accompanied by a deposit of $500.00* and a copy of your child's birth certificate (if you do not yet have the birth certificate, you can submit it at a later date).
  3. Within 30 days of our receiving your application, we will send you a letter confirming that your application has been received in good order.

WAIT FOR NEWS Acceptance letters are mailed in November of the year prior to your child's target enrolment date. For example, a parent submitting an application in March 2008 for enrolment in September 2010 will receive a letter in November, 2009. Your letter may inform you that the class for which you have applied is full and your child's name has been placed on a waitlist. We encourage you to keep your child's name on our waitlist as, in many cases, a spot will become available, even as late as August of the enrolment year.

* If you cannot afford the full deposit, please submit an adjusted amount along with a short explanation.
